I came in to headmasters to have a balayage done. From the start to the very end everyone was so welcoming, such a friendly environment. I was booked in with Vanessa, and she is absolutely AMAZING. I was quite anxious about trying something new today but she asked me what I wanted, what my concerns were, what the goal was for my hair and she delivered exactly that, if not even better. She explained everything, step by step, and consistently made sure I was happy with everything throughout the process. Although she had a busy schedule, she did not rush anything and was very thorough with everything. Thank you for doing such an amazing job xx

I had my hair done by Ellie and she was incredible. I was very particular about what I wanted and she absolutely nailed it. She did a full head of highlights, the toner was spot on, and the styling was perfect too. I felt completely safe and in very capable hands the whole time. Couldn’t be happier!

I recently visited Hannah for the first time for a balayage, and I honestly couldn't be happier with the experience. I was really nervous, as it was my first time colouring my hair, but Hannah was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Before the appointment, we had a thorough consultation where she took the time to explain everything in detail. I wasn’t entirely sure what I wanted going in, but her expertise and guidance really helped me feel confident in making a decision. She listened carefully, offered thoughtful suggestions, and made me feel completely at ease. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and my hair turned out even better than I had imagined — I absolutely loved it. I wanted something more on the subtle side and Hannah did a great job with this! Hannah is not only incredibly skilled but also warm, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend her to anyone considering colouring their hair, especially if you're feeling unsure or nervous. I’m definitely going back!

Amber is fantastic. First time at this salon and she saved my hair! Had a dodgy dye job before but Amber used all her experience, skill and team work to help even it out. On top of getting a lovely cut, blow dry and style, I had a very enjoyable few hours with her. She's polite, personable and communicative, explained every action she was taking and why. I would really recommend Leanne at Headmasters Wimbledon Broadway. I’d tried a few hairdressers in the area for both cut/colour & I never felt that satisfied with either as I have extremely thick hair. Leanne actually rebooked me in after chatting through what I wanted as she wasn’t confident she could get it done in the time. I think lots of hairdressers would have just rushed it & I would have been left unhappy but by rebooking she was able to really listen to what I wanted & check that it was all right. I’ve been so pleased with both the cut & the colour. I liked it when it was done & it has also lasted really well - it’s the happiest I’ve been with my hair in a while. Would massively recommend!
